Pacita Dimacali introduces a very useful tool for me and my clients. I've downloaded it and will start using it this week end as I show homes. Can't wait to pass this along to my buyers-thanks for the tip.
CrumbTracks: iPhone/iPod/iPad app for organizing photos/videos/info during property search
It’s described as “the first iPhone app that allows you to store, organize, annotate and share photos AND VIDEOS you take during your search for a new home!”
According to CrumbTracks, this is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 3.1 or later.
I usually print copies of the MLS listings that I show clients, and then ask them to make notes on what we see. This app could be a tremendous helps.
In the “olden days”...
When we lived in Orlando and were looking to buy a house, my REALTOR gave me a map where I would track where we’ve been, what we’ve seen. That was before the internet. But I have to admit that after seeing so many houses, I lost track of what we saw and what my impressions were.
Today’s technology takes us to a new level --- I’ve had clients with smartphone take photos and videos. and CrumbTracks is an app that may help iphone/ipod/ipad users.
